The Miller Nash employment law & labor relations team is pleased to welcome two talented attorneys to our team—Tiffany Davis-Brantley and David Worley.

About Tiffany Davis-Brantley

Tiffany represents public and private educational institutions and other employers in a variety of legal areas, including regulatory compliance and labor and employment law.

Tiffany provides day-to-day advice and counsel and represents clients in adversarial proceedings in front of state and federal agencies and in court. Having worked in-house, Tiffany brings a wealth of experience related to investigations, resolving high-profile disputes, negotiating a broad range of contracts and advising clients on accreditation, insurance, and complex labor and employment and collective bargaining issues. Additionally, she conducts internal investigations and supports clients managing crisis situations.

About David Worley

David represents employers of all sizes in labor disputes and in state and federal court against claims of wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment issues.

David frequently advises clients on day-to-day matters that arise, attempting to prevent problems before they become lawsuits. He reviews and drafts employment agreements, employee handbooks, collective bargaining agreement provisions, and all other manners of labor- and employment-related documents.
